"Superb"
From the moment we were checking in, Aaron was so nice and helpful. He realized we had our dogs with us, but the reservation didn't show that. So he accommodated immediately with a ground floor room right near one of the exit doors, making access to taking them out so much easier. The rooms are so nice and clean. Loved, loved, loved the fact there was no carpet to worry about with our dogs. ( no water or food could spill and stain) As someone who travels with our dogs a lot, this was a huge plus!! The options we had for breakfast each morning were perfect. I always look forward to the waffles and am so excited to see them available. The eggs, potatoes, and sausage topped it all off. The coffee was delicious. Very good selection for all your likings. The staff was definitely great.

The front desk manager at night, Aaron was AMAZING. He was nice, but he went above and beyond. The telephone in the room we stayed in did NOT work. So when we wanted to call to the front desk to arrange a shuttle to the airport in the morning, we couldn't get through. And then I couldn't search the actual hotel location telephone number online, but fortunately, Aaron was able to see that we were trying to reach the front desk somehow, and he tried to contact us on the hotel phone but realized it didn't go through, so he called my cell phone. How is THAT for taking initiative?! I was SO SO impressed! He asked if we'd like to get assistance to repair the phone that night and we said, no, we were just going to bed and didn't need it. So the phone needs fixing, but Aaron is a rock star!

I like that it was very clean. I did not however like the fact on how cheap and untrusting they was. Like we were going to take an extra towel or pillow .we had 5 adults 3 were women and 4 kids. So asking for extra towels I don't think was any big deal . They charge 300& more a night so seriously!!!!! They did not want us eating in the dinning spot because they said it was already cleaned. So my kids can't swim all day and then order a pizza and eat it outside the pool. We can't eat in the pool area so where are we supposed to eat? No thanks but I don't want that many kids eating in the room when we're staying that long. (4 days) I mean first of all, where do you sit to eat with five adults and four kids in a hotel room? It was just crazy little things like that that really bugged me. That I give him a plus plus on cleanliness.
